I provide one-on-one therapy with individual clients. Sessions are 50-55 minutes in-person.

Self-pay rate is $135 for initial session and $125 for each session after.

Sliding scale is available, which reduces the rate to $100.

I also accept Aetna and Cigna insurances, and will shortly accept Missouri Medicaid and Medicare Original.

I offer EMDR therapy for client seeking to resolve traumatic experiences. Rates are the same as individual sessions, including $135 for intake and $125 for following sessions. Sliding scale is available.

The Lifetime Group is an all-concerns process group. I take an existential and interpersonal process approach to help facilitate relationships between group members and the facilitators which serves as the basis for healing.

I currently have opening for the group beginning October 2, 2025.
