About Me
I am a provisional licensed professional counselor (PLPC) in Missouri under the supervision of Alex McEntire, MA, LPC, LCPC-S (license no. 2004035684). I received my master’s in counseling from the University of Central Missouri, a CACREP-accredited program. I seek to help clients find peace in their lives and be their true selves, especially in the face of mental illness or trauma.
I find my best work is with clients who have experienced interpersonal trauma, relationship difficulties, and attachment concerns. You can read more about these on my blog. The goal we should share is to improve your quality of life, mental wellbeing, and your relationships.
My approach is eclectic, rooted in existential therapy, which means that I will seek to provide a warm, empathetic, and relationally focused therapy that explores the concerns of life.
I am a member of the American Counseling Association and an associate member of the EMDR International Association, which both inform my counseling practice.
